MGT 207 - Supervisory Management 3 credits
This course will equip students with competencies required to be a supervisor. Students will develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes required to become effective supervisors and managers. They will also gain a practical understanding of social styles, leadership approaches, management styles, coaching employees, evaluating performance, facilitating meetings, motivation, controlling, prioritizing, planning at the departmental level, staffing, interviewing, resolving conflict, and fundamentals of customer service.
Pre or Corequisites: MGT 101 - Business Organization and Management
