Electromagnetic induction; characteristics and analysis of DC generators and motors, shunt series, and compound efficiency i voltage regulation; torque; speed regulation starting a DC motor; standards and rating; polyphase system; characteristics and analysis of the alternator; synchronous impedance, power factor, correction, and applications.
