MATH 250 - Introduction to Mathematical Proofs

An introduction to formal mathematical reasoning and proof with an emphasis on writing and communicating mathematics effectively. Topics include set theory, logic, methods of proof, relations, functions and cardinality of sets.

Prerequisites: Satisfactory completion of MATH 191 - Calculus 2; or AP (Calculus BC) score ≥ 4
