COMM 150 - Podcasting

3 Credits

This course introduces students to the fundamentals of podcasting, including planning, writing, and production. Students will develop skills in storytelling and interviewing while gaining hands-on experience in a podcast studio. Emphasis is placed on content creation, producing engaging episodes, exploring a range of genres, and completing multiple podcast projects. Students will use industry-standard equipment to record and edit their work.

Notes: Students must purchase and use a USB/C drive to save work. Recordings cannot be saved to college computers.
