Our entrepreneurship programs offer the resources, training, and funding to help you turn your ideas into successful businesses. These courses aim to support small business owners from start-up through growth. Whether you’re launching a new venture or scaling an existing one, our courses will help you test your ideas, improve your marketing, or gain a better understanding of your business’s finances through practical, step-by-step guidance and real-world case studies. We are here to support your entrepreneurial journey.

From Idea to Venture: Your Roadmap to Launching a Successful Business, IN-PERSON
This 13-week hands-on program takes you beyond the classroom and into the real world by guiding you from an idea to a launch-ready venture in just three months. By the end, you won’t just understand the entrepreneurial journey, you will walk away with a polished, execution-ready business plan and the confidence to put it into action.

Learning Objectives:
Throughout the program, you’ll build a strong financial foundation, understand operational essentials like business structures, hiring, and licensing, and craft market-tested strategies designed for growth.
This course is open to everyone, no prerequisites required. Whether you’re starting with a blank page or a developing idea, you’ll gain the tools to turn your vision into a viable business.

Dates: March 19-June 11 (13 Thursdays), no class on April 2.
Time: 6:00-9:00 p.m.
Location: In person at SUNY Westchester, Valhalla, NY
Cost: $1,200 (funding may be available on a first-come basis)
