Dear Westchester Friends and Neighbors,
I am delighted to share SUNY Westchester Community College’s digital Division of Workforce Development and Community Education Fall 2024 Catalog. The college is committed to sustainability and the reduction of printed material – so while we are no longer printing our full catalogs, rest assured that SUNY WCC is delivering the same full complement of remote, hybrid, and in-person classes and you can find them all here in the digital version. You will find a mix of career and work-related courses as well as options for your cultural and leisure-time enjoyment. We continue to provide classes that fit your schedule—day, evenings, and weekends. Our experienced and professional instructors are experts in their field and are prepared to create stimulating experiences for all our students.
If your goal is to explore a new career, advance in your current position, or prepare for certification in a new and growing field, we are certain we can help you achieve it. Our classes can prepare you for a career in high-demand fields such as healthcare, information technology, or real estate. If your own personal development is what you desire, explore history, crafts, and writing your memoirs-or learn guitar, piano, or acting. From learning a new language to preparing for your financial future, we have it all.
Keep an eye on your mailbox (and email inbox) for communications from SUNY WCC! You might receive emails, postcards, or other pieces by mail to notify you about classes and registration for upcoming semesters. Don’t miss the opportunity to join a class or program, please share your information with us online at www.sunywcc.edu/wdce-interest

About the WDCE Catalog
Welcome to SUNY Westchester Community College’s Division of Workforce Development and Community Education (WDCE). Our focus is on helping you explore a new career, upgrading your current portfolio, preparing for certification in a new and growing field, learning to speak English, or simply pursuing personal enrichment. WDCE classes are designed for those who need schedule flexibility and convenience, with classes offered in-person or remote; during the day, evenings or weekends. Our goal is to provide you, the student, with the most accurate and up-to-date information. The catalog should be used as a guide in planning your course of study.
