CIS 130 - PC Hardware

3 credits

Students learn the technical skills to diagnose standard computer problems through discussion, group projects, and hands-on experience. Focus is on the support and maintenance of PCs. In a hands-on-environment, students will learn how to upgrade, troubleshoot, and maintain PC hardware, as well as how to build and repair PCs. Troubleshooting techniques necessary to succeed in a computer support position are included.
