HSERV 264 - Case Management

Students will develop the skills necessary to help individuals and families in need of comprehensive social services. They will learn how to complete a focused client assessment, create a service plan, identify resources, and develop strategies for the implementation of services. Students will apply a strengths-based perspective and will work from a stance of cultural humility.
