DANCE 197 - Dance Practicum 1

This course provides practical experience with choreography and dance performance. The student will select a dance genre (salsa, modern, ballet, contemporary, hip hop, etc.), set specific goals for the semester with the instructor, and carry out their project responsibilities within their own schedule. By participating in rigorous rehearsals and a live on-stage performance, the student will learn how to work as a team on a creative project and build confidence as a performer.
