LAW 111 - Torts and Investigation

This course provides students with an introduction to the general nature of tort law and allows for the specific analysis of intentional torts, negligence, and strict liability. Students brief assigned cases and may prepare office memoranda and examine or prepare complaints, bills of particular and other court documents as assigned.
