CE-SPORT 2004 - Judo for Adults

Students will learn the importance of Judo and how it gives them an advantage in self-defense. Students will learn to understand Judo, its rules and etiquette and skills to lift and throw their opponent. Students will also develop overall fitness through strength and cardiovascular exercise.
