In today’s fast-paced, stressful society, amplified by social media, our nervous systems struggle to keep up, leaving us depleted and emotionally drained. Humans are not designed to remain in a constant state of high alert, which can harm our well-being. Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), or tapping, provide a simple, self-care method to calm the nervous system. Rooted in Eastern energy healing practices, tapping involves gently tapping specific meridian points on the body with your fingers. Often referred to as “emotional acupuncture” without needles, it is a non-invasive way to promote relaxation.
