CE-PHIL 2039 - Intro to Classical Philosophy

This course will introduce students to the primary philosophies of the Western Classical canon. An in depth study of the methodology and results of the major philosophers and their schools will be included such as Plato (Socrates), Aristotle, Epicurus, the Stoics, the Cynics and the Skeptics. Readings in class will be included and discussions will be encouraged.
