Program Description

This degree is designed to prepare business students for transfer to four-year colleges to complete a bachelor’s degree in Global Business. All students in this program will be required to complete the liberal arts core courses which the college requires for all programs. Students in this program will gain an understanding of how the global market affects American business. Studies include cultural differences in management styles; governmental policies on international trade; international economics; global banking; foreign competition; the development and importance of multinational corporations; the role of culture, demographics, geography, and infrastructure; international politics and law; and exploring the role of the individual in the international firm.
