Program Description


The Certificate in Business Technologies is a skills-oriented program designed for students wishing to gain employment or advancement in fields requiring up-to-date computer skills and business knowledge. All credits earned for the Certificate may be applied to the Associate in Applied Science Degree in Business Technologies  .

Program Learning Outcomes


Upon completion of this program, students will

  1. Demonstrate proficiency in the use of business application software
  2. Demonstrate effective business communications skills
  3. Demonstrate the ability to manage resources and workflow

Program Map


The program map is a recommended semester-by-semester schedule of courses based on degree requirements and serve as a general guideline to help students complete their program in two years. Although designed for full-time enrollment, these are easily adaptable for part-time study. For additional, individualized guidance, students should review Degree Works and consult an Academic Counselor or Faculty Advisor to ensure they are on track to complete their program.
