Upon successful completion, you’ll receive a certification valid for two years, recognized by leading health and safety organizations.

Course Outline:

Introduction to CPR and AED

• Overview of cardiac arrest and common causes
• Understanding when CPR and AED are necessary

Adult CPR Techniques

• Recognition of cardiac arrest
• Performing high-quality chest compressions
• Giving rescue breaths
• Using an AED (Automated External Defibrillator)

Child CPR Techniques

• Recognizing pediatric emergencies
• Modifications for performing CPR on children
• Using an AED on children (if age-appropriate)

Choking Relief for Adults and Children

• Techniques for assisting conscious choking victims
• Modifications for infants and small children

CPR & AED Hands-on Practice

• Guided practice sessions with mannequins for CPR and AED
