Program Description


Learn how to save lives with our Heart Saver Adult/Child CPR/AED course! This hands-on training provides essential life-saving skills for anyone looking to respond effectively in emergency situations. Whether you’re a parent, caregiver, teacher, coach, or simply someone who wants to be prepared, this course equips you with the knowledge and confidence to act quickly in critical moments.

Participants will learn CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) techniques for both adults and children, as well as how to use an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) to potentially save a life during cardiac emergencies. Upon successful completion, you’ll receive a certification valid for two years, recognized by leading health and safety organizations.

Introduction to CPR and AED

Adult CPR Techniques

  • Using an AED (Automated External Defibrillator)

  • Modifications for performing CPR on children
  • Using an AED on children (if age-appropriate)

Choking Relief for Adults and Children

  • Techniques for assisting conscious choking victims
