The Importance of Physical Wellness

Physical wellness involves caring for your body through movement, nutrition, rest, and disease prevention. It supports energy levels, reduces stress, and lowers the risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, and some cancers . Regular physical activity also helps maintain a healthy weight, build muscle strength, and support bone health .
